Family Events

At Forest Lake Elementary, we believe that strong family and community partnerships help our students soar even higher. Throughout the year, we host a variety of events that bring families, staff, and community members together to celebrate learning, creativity, and connection.

Our Family Events Include:

• NASA Nights – A fun, STEM-filled evening where families engage in hands-on NASA-inspired activities led by our teachers, student volunteers, and community partners. The night concludes with an inspiring performance by our Forest Lake Chorus and Eagle Ensemble.

• BINGO Night (PTO Sponsored) – A lively evening of friendly competition, prizes, and family fun that brings our school community together.

• Sweetheart Sneaker Ball (PTO Sponsored) – A special night for students and their families to dress up, dance, and make lasting memories.

• Grandparents Day – A heartwarming celebration honoring the special role grandparents play in our students’ lives.

• Veterans Day Program – A meaningful tribute to honor and thank those who have served our country, featuring student performances and guest veterans.

• Winter Performance Program – A festive showcase of our students’ musical and artistic talents to celebrate the holiday season.

• Promotion Ceremonies – Celebrating students’ achievements and milestones as they move forward in their educational journey.

• Our Community Reads – Encouraging families to read together and participate in our shared literacy experience.

• Run Forest Run 5K/10K (Foundation Sponsored) – A family-friendly race promoting fitness, fun, and community spirit.
